Evening Star Decaf

Swiss Water Process decaf from Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, known for producing coffees with clarity and balance. This chemical-free decaffeination method uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. The result is a smooth, well-rounded cup with a clean finish. Proof that decaf can still deliver a high-quality, specialty coffee experience.

Blue Eagle

This natural coffee from Guatemala’s Blue Ayarza region highlights the depth and complexity achieved through careful cultivation and sun-dried processing. With a rich body and natural sweetness, Blue Eagle reflects the distinctive character of its origin and thoughtful small-batch production.

Mina Rica

Grown high in the mountains of northern Peru, Mina Rica is a beautifully expressive coffee that showcases both sweetness and structure. Ripe cranberry and mulberry lead the cup, layered over a silky body and rounded out with notes of fruity chocolate.
